We loved the serene and tranquil environment of the hotel. The staff provided excellent service with friendly and helpful attitudes. The facilities, particularly the spa, were fantastic and allowed us to have a refreshing and relaxing experience. The breakfast served here was truly exceptional with a lot of healthy food options to choose from.

This hotel is a perfect retreat if you’re looking for a peaceful, beautiful place to relax. the picturesque surroundings provide a stunning backdrop for a serene vacation. the staff here is caring and welcoming. Rooms are cozy and clean, and if you stay here, do not miss their delicious breakfast options. the hotel offers a variety of excellent facilities, including a well-maintained pool and spa area.

The hotel lacks fluent English speakers, but overall, this minor shortcoming still does not detract from the experience.

We had an amazing Easter break! The food was delightful, and we especially enjoyed the four-course dinners. The location was superb, nestled in a picturesque valley surrounded by stunning snow-capped peaks. The indoor pool and spa were perfect for relaxing after a day out in the nearby ski slopes. The staff was friendly, accommodating, and made us feel at home.

That some of the staff did not speak English fluently, but they made up for it with their attentiveness and effort to communicate with us. we had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a tranquil getaway in the mountains.

It was really impressive and quite a spectacle to watch. Another thing we really appreciated was the indoor pool and sauna, which were nice to enjoy after spending time outside in the cold.

the room we were assigned was in need of some maintenance - the heater wasn't working properly and the shower had a leak.
